MATTRACK – MATERIAL & PRODUCT TRACKING SOFTWARE

Our material and product tracking system can be tailored to most material tracking requirements. The system provides visualisation through a web or mobile user interface client allowing for a rapid and flexible deployment, with a SQL historic database providing open reporting capabilities.

The system has been implemented for a high value component manufacturer where product is tracked through all aspects of the manufacturing process including cutting, heat treatments and final forming. Providing a real time view of the production, the locations of all components and automatic product dossiers detailing all history and quality information, the system accurately documents the production process. For demanding industries such as aerospace, this level of quality information is mandated and the system delivers that requirement with minimal manual intervention.

OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE)

OEE is the gold standard for measuring manufacturing productivity. It identifies the percentage of manufacturing time that is truly productive.

With our IIoT & Industry 4.0 connectivity combined with our extensive expertise in control and process systems, we can provide OEE solutions for new systems as well as older legacy machines.

Through various interfacing technologies, we are able to extract key data and visualise the information that our Customers have always had, but struggled to obtain. Visualisation locally using a HMI on the production machine, or via remote workstations using web technology and even on mobile devices, our Customers can instantly see the status of their facilities from wherever they are.
