Inspec Solutions Ltd, have designed and supplied an integrated control & safety system (ICSS) for the new gas processing facility at Angus Energy’s Saltfleetby “Site B” in Lincolnshire. The system is based on Rockwell ControlLogix PLCs & FactoryTalk SCADA, augmented with Pilz Safety Relays and Detronics EQP Fire & Gas detection, with the system interfacing to Fiscal Metering Systems, MCCs, Compressor Control Systems, an existing Honeywell PLC Control System and numerous Well Choke Control actuators.

Inspec Solutions have been an instrumental part of the team throughout the design, development, implementation and final commissioning of the whole field, which is now exporting sales gas to the National Grid.
