The impact of apprenticeships on our business is integral, and we are proud to celebrate the graduation of another group of apprentices as they embark on the next stage of their careers with us.

We are thrilled to announce that Devon Slack, Dylan Sanderson, and Michael Cunningham have successfully completed their End Point Assessment after graduating their BEng Electrical Engineering Degree. This achievement follows between four and five years of dedicated study and hard work as part of their apprenticeship with Inspec Solutions.

We are also excited to share that all three are now moving into a more responsible role as Control Systems Engineers.

We asked our apprentices to describe what they have the enjoyed most about their apprenticeships and what they are looking forward to in the next chapter with Inspec Solutions.

Devon advised us “I have really enjoyed working offshore during my apprenticeship as this has given me the opportunity to experience new ways to use my skills, and I am looking forward to having greater opportunities and responsibility in upcoming projects.”

Dylan added, “Not only have I gained knowledge, but I have had the pleasure of working with colleagues who I now consider friends. I am looking forward to progressing my knowledge and my competency in my new role.”

Mike shared with us, “I have enjoyed getting to know people in the company and building my skills and confidence as an engineer. I am most looking forward to seizing new opportunities and gaining more experience.”

They have a bright future ahead at Inspec Solutions and their enthusiasm for the organisation and their roles is certainly outlined in their feedback.

Adam Jarman, Operations Director for Inspec Solutions, congratulates the three apprentices: “I am really proud of Devon, Dylan, and Michael for completing their apprenticeship and promotion to Control System Engineers. Throughout their apprenticeships, they have applied themselves to the tasks put before them and have sought out new tasks independently. They take ownership, are keen to learn, and are ready to take on new challenges. Each one of them is a great asset for Inspec Solutions to have and are already a dependable and integral part of the team. They all have a bright future ahead, and I look forward to seeing how they continue to flourish.”

We currently have another three apprentices moving through the apprentice program, with a hope to add more to our cohort in the next academic year.
