Project management and delivery
Inspec Solutions operates a structured lifecycle for providing systems to customers. The lifecycle is designed to provide a stable, predictable, and measurable approach to business management, increased management control, refine progress measurement and facilitate process improvement, providing confidence that all customers’ requirements are fulfilled, and the Inspec Solutions quality objectives are achieved.
Projects are delivered typically using a V-model, allowing for high levels of governance throughout the delivery cycle. Designed to be flexible, our project lifecycle allows collaborative, agile working with the customer allowing for flexibility in the delivery schedule to reduce overall timescales and adapt to our customers preferred delivery procedures. Whatever methods are employed, the project manager applies overall scrutiny to the tasks to ensure quality and timescales are maintained.
